Pricing questions, answered
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free, self-serve, and doesn't ask for payment details. You can measure a full monthly footprint on it.
How is billing handled?
Paid plans are billed annually in Indian Rupees (INR). Card checkout via Razorpay is being enabled; in the meantime our team activates upgrades directly — contact sales@co2dynamics.com.
Who owns the data I enter?
You do. Every workspace is strictly scoped to your organisation, and you can export your complete inventory as CSV or JSON at any time, on any plan that includes export — or request it from support.
What emission factors do you use?
The workspace ships with a built-in factor library (India-oriented grid and fuel defaults, plus travel, freight, water, waste, and paper). Growth and Enterprise organisations can override any factor with their own values.
Can machines push data automatically?
Yes — on Enterprise, each facility gets an ingest token, and meters, ERPs, or IoT systems can POST single entries or batches to the integration API.
Can I cancel?
Annual subscriptions run for the paid period and don't auto-renew without a new payment. Downgrading to Starter keeps your data readable and exportable.
